Information we handle
When you contact Oymor, we may receive your name, email address, organization, inquiry topic, message and information you choose to include. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project documents in an initial inquiry.
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and delivery or security logs to operate their services. The website also uses short-lived, in-memory request counters to limit repeated contact-form submissions where direct sending is enabled.
Contact forms and email
If the form offers “Prepare email,” your details stay in the page until you open and send the draft in your own email app. Preparing or copying a draft does not deliver it to Oymor. If direct “Send inquiry” is available, submitting sends the entered details securely to the website’s email service for delivery to our team.
We use correspondence to respond to you, assess a relevant opportunity and maintain the resulting business conversation. We do not automatically subscribe inquiries to marketing or use them for advertising audiences.
Why we process it
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to professional inquiries. Where you ask us to take steps toward a potential agreement, we may process the information necessary to respond to that request. Legal obligations may require us to retain particular business records.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We do not add advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, behavioral analytics or optional analytics cookies to this website. We do not sell inquiry information. Hosting or security services may use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver and protect the site.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting and email delivery require service providers acting on our behalf. The website is prepared for Vercel hosting, and incoming messages to our published address are handled through our email provider. Providers may operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area; applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards govern their processing.
External social-profile links open third-party websites. Those platforms receive your visit when you follow a link and apply their own privacy policies; their trackers are not embedded in this website.
How long information is kept
Inquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the conversation and reasonable follow-up. Retention depends on whether the inquiry leads to an ongoing business relationship and whether a legal obligation requires particular records. We review information for deletion when its purpose has ended. Technical logs follow the hosting or email provider’s retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. We do not use this website to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. Please contact us first if you would like us to address a privacy concern.
Changes
We will update this notice when our website or data-handling practices change. The date above identifies this version.
